You may input information about your photography clients into the App, including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and event details. This data is stored on your behalf and is used solely to manage your bookings and client relationships.
(c) Booking and Financial Data
We collect information about your photography bookings, including event dates, locations, package prices, deposit amounts, and payment status. This data is used to help you manage your business finances within the App.
(d) Payment Data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card numbers or bank account details. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
(e) Device and Usage Data
We may collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and usage patterns within the App. This helps us improve the App's performance and user experience.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- Process and manage your subscription (Free, Pro, or Studio tiers)
- Facilitate payment processing through Stripe
- Send you important notifications about your account, bookings, or subscription

3. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- To Stripe, Inc. for the purpose of processing payments
